6/1/2017 0 Comments taking a month offTaking a month off of what you ask... work...ha I wish. No I have decided to give up soda for the month of June. Why am I doing this, I don't really know, to challenge myself, to see if I can and I mean it wont be the worst thing for me to do! Now I am not like a soda feen, I usually drink two a day, one with lunch and one with dinner. I have given up soda twice before, once in high school for lent and that ended up lasting a few years, then again about two years ago. I even took it one step further then and gave up all caffeine. When I started working at my new job and learning all new things I needed a bit of caffeine to keep up. I am not a coffee drinker so what was my solution, Mountain Dew, I know I know its basically rocket fuel. So that opened back up the flood gates to soda, my favorite is Diet Coke. I honestly just love it, some people after a long day want a cold beer or wine I really just want a Diet Coke. I like to do these little challenged every so often like I did sober September, which I think was actually easier for me than this is going to be. So the goal this month is to only drink teas and water, so far I am succeeding, now lets see how the rest of the month goes!
